Herb Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
3 Tbsp Fresh Basil
1 Tbsp Dried Tarragon (2 Tbsp Fresh)
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano (2 Tbsp Fresh)
1 Tsp Maple Syrup
2 Tbsp Capers
Salt (to taste)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in food processor*.
Toss with salad greens.
*If a food processor is not available - finely chop herbs and whisk. Any type of blender would work as well.
