Lime Frozen Yogurt Serves 2
A very refreshing dessert, with less fat than traditional ice cream. It has a nice balance between sweet & tangy.
Ingredients:
750g Yogurt
1 Lemon Peel
2.5 Limes juiced
100ml Maple Syrup (less than 1/2 cup)
Preparation:
Strain yogurt, using cheesecloth, for 3 hours.
Put strained yogurt into a mixing bowl, add grated lemon peel, lime juice and male syrup - mix well.
Put mixture into an ice cream machine and follow manufacturer’s instruction.
