Refreshing Watermelon & Rum Serves 4
This is a recipe that on a hot day is easy, cooling and very refreshing! It is a popular way in Spain to eat watermelon.
Ingredients
1 Watermelon (med)
1/2 Cup Rum
1 Lemon or Lime (juiced)
2 Tbsp Sugar (optional)
Preparation
Mix rum, lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl.
Cut inside of the watermelon into chunks (3-4”) & add to the liquid mixture.
Stir well and refridgerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
