Macaroni & Cheese Serves 4

This is a traditional dish that I remember from my childhood. In all types of bad weather - it’s certain to cheer up anyone with the ‘winter blues’!
Ingredients
1 Boiled Egg - sliced
1 Tomato - sliced
2 C Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 C Milk (thickened with 2 Tbsp Flour)
1 LB Elbow Macaroni
Preparation
In a saucepan combine milk & flour - heat until thickened.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Put elbow macaroni in a butter cassarole dish - cover with cheese sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30mins covered.
Place sliced egg & tomato over the top and continue cooking for another 15mins. covered.
Remove foil and cook for an additional 10mins. uncovered.
