Green Tomato Chutney Serves 4

If you have a lot of tomatoes this is a delicious way to enjoy them with grilled chicken or fish. It also freezes very well.
Ingredients
1 Tbsp Canola Oil/Olive Oil
1/3 C Water
3 Green Onions chopped
3 Celery Stalks diced
2/3 C Green Pepper
3 Medium Green Tomatoes
3 Tbsp Parsley chopped
3/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Curry Powder
1/2 Tsp Cumin Powder
Ground Pepper to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a sauce pan.
Add all ingredients.
Add 1/3 C water to prevent sticking (more if needed).
