Ginger &Tahini Dip Serves 4
This sauce is easy to prepare and goes so well with fish or Tofu Burgers.
Ingredients
2 C Water
2 Tbsp Cornstarch
7 Tbsp Tahini (sesame butter)
1/4 C Ginger Juice freshly squeezed
Salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a small sauce pan.
Bring to a boil and then gentlly simmer for 2-3 min stirring until the sauce thickens.
