	Oven Baked Wings with Honey Serves 4

	Sometimes the pub is just too far! Try this quick and easy recipe for wings at home - what a concept. I’ll bet you find the perfect movie to kick back with and let those table manners fall by the wayside. Remember to have lots of napkins within reach and of course your favourite beer - mine are listed below.


	Ingredients

	3 Lbs wings Salt & Pepper 2 Tbsp Veg. Oil 1/2 C Soya Sauce 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce 1 C Honey 1 Garlic Clove (lrg - crushed)


	Preparation

	Place wings in a single layer in a greased roasting pan - sprinkle with salt & pepper. Combine in a blender for one minute: oil, soya sauce, bbq sauce, honey and garlic. Pour over wings - bake 1 hr until well done and syrup is caramelized (375F-400F).
