Dijon Dill Chicken Serves 4

Honey, mustard and dill - oh my! Could a piece of chicken ask for anything more? It’s easy, it’s fast, it’s tasty - pair with Roasted Vegetables, Grilled Summer Squash or Roasted Onions - really just about any side dish you like.
Ingredients
1/4 C Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Onion chopped
1 Garlic Clove crushed
1 Tsp Dill Weed
4 Chicken pieces (about 1.5lbs/750g bone-in)
Preparation
Combine mustard, honey, onion, garlic and dill weed in a bowl.
Remove skin from chicken - place pieces in a lightly greased shallow baking dish.
Spread with mustard sauce - bake in oven at 350F for 40-50mins - until chicken is cooked.
If desired broil 2mins or until chicken is golden.
