Rosemary Marinade Serves 2-4

Ingredients
1-2 Pork Tenderloins or 2-4 Chicken Breasts
1/4C Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves - minced
1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary - finely chopped
Sea Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Preparation
Lightly coat the meat with the olive oil.
Sprinkle generously the remaining ingredients to evenly coat the meat.
Cover & refrigerate for at least 1 hour - the longer the better.
Grill or BBQ.
