Spicy Asian Marinade Serves 4

Ingredients
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Chili Sauce
1 Tbsp Sherry or Dry WhiteWine
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Canola or Vegetable Oil
1 cm Fresh Ginger Root - finely crushed
Preparation
Clean shrimp (peel & de-vein) or cube chicken.
Combine all ingredients in a plastic storage bag (Zip-Loc)
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour - the longer the better.
Skewer with lemongrass stalks or bamboo (soaked in water) and Grill/BBQ.
