Yellow Miso Salmon Serves 4
Yellow miso adds a salty flavour to this dish. In order to balance the sweetness and the saltiness present in this recipe, we recommend serving it with Sake.
Ingredients
4 Salmon Steaks/Filets
2 Tbsp Yellow Miso
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil (toasted)
2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp White Vermouth or Sake
2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
Butter
Green Onion
Toasted Sesame Seeds (optional)
Preparation
Mix miso, oil, vinegar and sake/vermouth.
Place salmon in a buttered baking dish.
Spread with miso mixture - bake 15mins.
Garnish with green onion & sesame seeds.
