	Delicious & Fast Hamburgers Serves 4


	Gourmet food and hamburgers? YES. It all depends on the ingredients and the combinations used. This recipe brings hamburgers to the next level - the level of being absolutely delicious! It’s fast to prepare and when you don’t want to spend time preparing food, this summer recipes is easy.


	Ingredients

	2 Lbs Lean Ground Beef 2 Eggs 1 Med.Onion - finely chopped 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice (about 2 lemons) 4 Tbsp Anchovy Paste or 1 Sml. Can of Anchovies - finely chopped 4 Tbsp Dijon Mustard 2 Tbsp Capers 1/4 C Ketchup 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce 3 Tbsp Fresh Bread Crumbs Salt & Pepper


	Preparation

	Mix all ingredients, form burgers and grill. Any leftovers are great - even better the next day!

Combine with full bodied dry Chardonnay or medium reds. The decision if white or red will depend on other ingredients. If the burgers are served with salad then white is more suitable. If they are served with potato wedges, wild mushrooms or whole wheat bread, then red is more appropriate. Try these:
